Waldemar Biniecki

Creative and visionary Polish American leader, specializing in strategic partnership development, international outreach programs, leadership development, fundraising, management, and community building in the United States and in Poland; confident public speaker and communicator; fluent in Polish and English; articulate and published writer about the Polish Diaspora. Exemplary work with UNESCO, foreign governments, and other international organizations.  


Management: Managing and coordinating strategic partnership development, international outreach and community development programs within non-profit, for-profit, government, and higher education settings.

 Community leadership:Leading, inspiring, and advocating for the international Polish community in respectful and inclusive team collaboration toward shared goals. Led city-wide community effort to initiate a successful City of Milwaukee Visa Waiver Program Resolution (the only large city in US). Widely published about Polish community developments in media outlets in US, Canada, Germany, and Poland.  

Public relations: Working with local, state, and international officials as well as bilingual media outlets.  Confident, experienced, and diplomatic communicator in Polish and English. Built and cooperated on initiatives with the Office of the Chancellery of the President of Poland, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Polish Ministry of Defense, the Polish Embassy, the Polish Consulate General in Chicago, State of Wisconsin, City of Milwaukee, media outlets, and organizations.

Program development: Developing creative, interactive, and relevant international community programs, strategic partnership development, reframing and updating existing programs to meet community needs; promoting change with tact.

 Fundraising:  Successfully developing programs through grants, private fundraising, branding, and increasing the profile of flagship events. Organized and reframed major fundraising events such as the “Congressman Clement Zablocki Civic Achievement Award,” (rewarding, for the first time in the U.S. Polish-American U.S. officers with Polish Presidential medals “Gwiazda Iraku” and “Gwiazda Afganistanu”) with the participation of the Mayor of Milwaukee, Tom Barrett, State of Wisconsin, U.S., and Polish government representatives.

He earned a master's degree in education and a postgraduate studies diploma in workplace psychology in Poland. At the moment he is  CEO for Pax Polonica Foundation , writer and blogger at Waldek Biniecki-artykuły, and Executive Director of Biniecki Consulting LLC .

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with his wife, Susan, and son, Daniel.
